Veterinary Advisory Council

An Introduction to the WebVet Veterinary Advisory Council
With the current abundance of pet health information online, WebVet believes it is more important than ever for both you and your pet’s veterinarian to feel confident that the news and information you receive from resources and vets online is credible, timely and accurate.
As a result, we created the WebVet Veterinary Advisory Council (WVAC). The WVAC’s charter is to serve as the governing body of webvet.com. and in such role, it is responsible for ensuring the quality of both the content and our partnerships.
One of the most important roles of the WVAC is overseeing the WebVet Editorial Review Board. The review board is composed of top veterinarians who will be responsible for reviewing – at a minimum of one time annually – all medical content and feature articles published on webvet.com. Once the content has been approved by the review board, it will be stamped with the WebVet Veterinary Advisory Council seal of approval. In the future, anywhere you see this seal of approval, you can rest assured that the information is “vet approved.”
The current members of the WebVet Veterinary Advisory Council include some of the industry’s most respected vets:
